I truly enjoyed lovely bedroom.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, newly decorated, had very professional staff with excellent customer service. I was offered a room with special views of Savannah skyline. The property was in a central location very close to everything in Savannah.

The stay was mind-blowing with an incredible location and a seriously impressive hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable, upgrading us to a king room without even mentioning it. The lobby area was super modern and the room itself was very nice, with a breathtaking view from the balcony. The bathroom was clean and the shower was amazing, and we loved the thoughtful addition of a makeup towel. The surprise bottle of champagne for our anniversary was a fantastic touch. We enjoyed our time at the pool, taking advantage of the nice weather, and the 1540 Room restaurant and bar was beautifully designed with friendly bartenders and servers. The patio seating was a plus, and the Savannah sour cocktail was a must-try. The rooms may need a bit of updating, but overall, it was a super satisfying stay and we would definitely go back.

Wonderful breakfast served in the restaurant. I had well-appointed and newly remodelled room here with balcony, a view of an illuminated church nearby, bigger beds.

Enjoyed a tasty room service meal, efficient car valet, and a beautiful river view. The hotel's spa & wellness center, outdoor pool, and nearby landmarks like the Mercer Williams House Museum and First African Baptist Church added to our relaxation and family bonding experience.

Fueling my day of exploration, the cafe au lait at the lobby hub was a perfect start. I loved visiting the SCAD Gallery within the hotel and exploring the eclectic boutiques nearby. Very knowledgeable personnel and marvellous location to other sites in the city. And near to 2 good restaurants, the historic district, waterfront and art museums and downtown Savannah shopping and dining. Wonderful breakfast, plenty of meals.

The valet parking charge was unexpected.

I was given decent size and luxurious room just how expected it to be with fridge and lovely view of Savannah, for instance.

I had a blast exploring Savannah's incredible sights, fueled by the creative energy of the thriving art scene and the delicious Lowcountry dishes at the lively dining room.

Who needs accessible information for people with disabilities? It's not like everyone deserves equal access or anything.

The venue was reasonably clean and big size. The folks were very professional and friendly professional. The room was do not even have an updated TV or a mini refrigerator and available with a balcony and seating to enjoy the view and a nice large bathroom. Central location so close to the Forsyth park and Liberty avenue, exactly in the middle of the touristic area, it was in a very very nice area.

There was something as food missing.

It's based in the middle of the city and so close to Madison Square.

The rooms are so cozy and comfortable, I felt right at home with the luxurious bedding and residential-style comforts. I loved the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows in the Pulaski Room - perfect for a grand event or cocktail party.

The veranda seating was a bit too cozy for my liking.
